Apple will be unveiling iOS 7, the next generation mobile operating system for the iPhone and iPad.
According to rumors, iOS 7 codenamed Innsbruck will feature a “fresh look” with a “black, white, and flat all over” design instead of the heavy textures that iOS users are accustomed to.
Based on these leaks, folks at Recombu, the product comparison site have created an interactive iPhone 5S and iOS 7 simulator to give us a glimpse of what it will look like.
Here are some of the things you can do with the interactive simulator:
- It allows you to turn on or turn off the iPhone by clicking on the Power button.
- Drag the slide to unlock slider button to unlock the iPhone.
- Click on the status bar to access the Notification Center.
- Launch the revamped Messages, Camera, Calendar, Reminders, Notes, Phone, Music, Safari and Mail apps.
- You can navigate back to the Home screen by clicking on the Home button.
And here’s what you should look out for:
- The slightly modified slide to unlock button.
- The flat Home screen app icons.
- Notification Center with system settings toggles.
- The revamped alert popup.
- The revamped Messages, Camera, Calendar, Reminders, Notes, Phone, Music, Safari and Mail apps featuring the flat interface.
