There's a better camera, faster processor (A6 which is used in the iPhone 5), and a larger screen. Also, you'll receive the entire iWorks line of apps free with the two new phones. Plus, if you're into colourful bodies, then moving to the iPhone 5C is a very good idea.

If you own an iPhone 5, then you should stay away from the iPhone 5C. Why? For starters, your iPhone 5 has a beautiful metal body. Why trade it off for the 5C's polyurethane form factor? Also, both phones share the same processor (A6), the same pixel density on their displays, the same grade of iSight and front facing cameras and even the same sensors and connectors. The iPhone 5 and 5C are practically the same phone. Apple has just given the iPhone 5C a plastic body to differentiate it form the exquisite 5S. The only good thing about the 5C is that it offers two hours more battery life than the iPhone 5, which isn't a good enough reason for a change.
