Step 1
Open the Auto Refresh Plus entry in the Chrome Web Store (see Resources).
Step 2
Click "Add to Chrome" to open a confirmation dialog box, then click "Add" to install the extension.
Step 3
Navigate to your YouTube video.
Step 4
Click the Auto Refresh Plus icon beside the browser address bar. Click "10 seconds" to set the refresh time and click "Start" to begin refreshing.
Step 5
Close the browser window after an hour of refreshing.
