Triple Tap To Clear lets you quickly clear text from the Messages text field

A new jailbreak tweak by the name of “Triple Tap To Clear” adds the ability to clear all the text from the text field in the Messages app in one go.

As the name suggests, all you need to do is tap thrice over the text field to make the text go away. The process is a bit more tedious on stock iOS, requiring you to first long press the text field to get the text selection popover, and then hit the “Select All” option, after which you’d tap the delete key on the keyboard.

While we’d have liked it if the tweak was applicable system wide likeSwipeSelection, this is still great for frequent SMS or iMessage users.
