Process One: Restoring to a Latest Firmware (6.1.3) Requirements

How To Restore iPhone, iPod To The Same Firmware
Step 1: Download your iOS 6.1.3 firmware
Step 2: Download iTunes 11
Step 3: Download Sn0wbreeze and extract it to your desktop
Step 4: Launch Sn0wbreeze and click “Ok“, then click on the Blue Right arrow,
Step 5: Click on “Browse for an IPSW“ Select your iOS 6.1.3 IPSW.
Step 6: After choosing your current firmawre for your device click on the right blue arrow.
Step 7: Click Simple Mode
Step 8: Click Yes to activate your device and let Sn0wbreeze build your IPSW
Step 9: Once Sn0wbreeze finishes, your new IPSW would be saved to desktop
Step 10: Put your device in DFU following instructions from Sn0wbreeze and launch iTunes
Step 11: At device summary page of iTunes, hold Shift and click Restore, select your IPSW which saved on Step 9 (s0wbreeze version)
Step 12: iTunes, will begin restoring your device. After 15 mins, your device will be on 6.1.3.
