LockLauncher 2.0 Released to Support iPhone 5 – Most iTunes apps and Cydia tweaks have already been updated to support the larger display of the iPhone 5 and iOS 6. Only some tweaks and apps remain incompatible, and developers are struggling to post updates to their apps and tweaks to support iOS 6. Earlier today, Akhil Tolani, the developer of LockLauncher, rolled out the next version of this tweak to support iOS 6 and iPhone 5. For all those who don’t know about this tweak, LockLauncher allows you to open different applications right from the lock screen.

No doubt, it is a great idea, but you will have to unlock your iDevice to launch any application, which is great for the users with passcodes, but can be a hassle for those who haven’t enabled a passcode.
LockLauncher 2.0 is available in Cydia for only $1.99. Don’t forget to share your thoughts about this tweak in the comments section below.
